Initial Auction

1. The president has to establish a time and location for the auction to take place.
2. All members must be present.
   1. If a member is not able to attend, he/she can send a person of trust as long as the entity is not another member of the league.
3. All members must take notes of their players and credits.
   1. Each member will be assigned 500 credits for the initial auction.
   2. More credits will be assigned in January for the Transfer Window.

Player Auctions 

1. 25 players will form each team.
   1. Only 24 players are auctioned.
   2. The 25th player is the third goalie. This must be the second backup goalie of one of the first two purchased.
2. A member of the committee will call each player by role.
   1. Members can start making offers for interested players.
3. The auction will stop after 10 seconds if no one has made further offers.
   1. The member with the highest bid wins
4. A member can skip a player if not interested.
   1. Once this is done, the same member cannot change his mind and bid for the player they skipped..
5. A player cannot be changed at the end of the auction.
   1. Even if the player is a free agent.
6. At the end of the season, each member will get to keep 11-14 players.
   1. A contract will need to be purchased for each player.
   2. Contracts will be for 1-, 2-, or 3-year extension (See Contract rule for more info)
